Catapult strengthens team with software industry veteran

SAN FRANCISCO, October 31, 2012 — Catapult Advisors LLC, an investment bank serving leading software and internet companies, announced today that Byron Bardy has recently joined the firm as a Partner in its San Francisco office.
Prior to joining Catapult, Mr. Bardy spent over a decade driving acquisition strategy, execution and integration at enterprise software companies Commerce One, Documentum, EMC and Adobe. At these industry-leading companies, Mr. Bardy completed buyside acquisitions and divestitures with aggregate enterprise value exceeding $1 billion.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Bardy was a member of the investment banking group at Montgomery Securities, where he completed over 40 equity, fixed income and M&A advisory transactions for emerging growth companies.
