EFI has purchased web-to-print company Online Print Solutions for an undisclosed amount.

The deal, which Foster City-based Electronics For Imaging Inc. (NASDAQ: EFII) said in a release will not be material to its 2012 results, will add Online Print Solutions to EFI’s Productivity Software portfolio.

Online Print Solutions offers “web-to-print, dynamic publishing and cross-media marketing solutions,” according to a release. Its customers include commercial printers in North America, Europe and Asia and it has offices in Boston, Mass.; Dublin, Ireland; and Sydney, Australia. It contains two businesses – Australian company Data Solutions Pty Ltd and Irish company Online Print Marketing Ltd., according to a release.
